There is another interesting phenomenon that can be observed in the construction in Bulgaria in recent years. The term “resort construction” has lost its former meaning of a below-standard quality of accommodation for temporary use. Today, the attribute “resort” is only used in purely geographic terms, because with the quality of construction works, building materials, thermal insulation and much more, the new resort buildings are occasionally superior to the majority of urban residences. Typically, these complexes are designed to be suitable for year-round use.
